Warranty Policy
Coverage Period
- Cobbble provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects beginning from the date of purchase.
- There is a 6-month warranty for all metal trims and elements on Cobbble products.
What is Covered
- The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including broken hardware, stitching issues, and faulty assembling that arise from proper and intended use during the warranty period.
- For metal trims/elements (such as buckles, clasps, and zippers), manufacturing defects are covered for six months from the purchase date.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repair/alteration.
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration, softening, or natural aging of leather.
- Stains, scratches, water, chemical, or ink damage, and deterioration due to exposure to harsh environments.
- Incidental or consequential damage, loss, or theft of product.
How to Claim
- Email care@cobbble.in with proof of purchase, clear photographs of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
- Eligible claims will be further evaluated by our service team; Cobbble may request return of the product for inspection.
- Cobbble reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion. If replacement is unavailable, a comparable product or a store credit may be offered. >
Conditions & Process
- Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Cobbble or authorized retailers; for third-party purchases, contact the original place of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Cobbble for inspection; if the claim is accepted, return shipping will be covered by Cobbble.
- The warranty does not extend to subsequent owners after resale or transfer.
- Repairs or replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
