Warranty Policy
Coverage Period
Cobbble provides limited warranty coverage against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase:
- Bags: 12 months on manufacturing defects and 6 months on metal trims (buckles, clasps, zippers, etc.).
- Wallets: 90 days on manufacturing defects.
- Shoes: 90 days on manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship such as:
- Faulty stitching
- Broken hardware or trims
- Manufacturing defects in assembling
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or aging of leather
- Scratches, stains, water, chemical, or ink damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Loss, theft, or incidental damages
How to Claim
To raise a warranty claim, email care@cobbble.in with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the defect
- A short description of the issue
Our team may request the product to be sent for inspection before approving repair or replacement.
Additional Terms
- Warranty is applicable only to products purchased from Cobbble or authorized sellers.
- Customers must ship the product to Cobbble for inspection. If the claim is approved, return shipping will be covered by Cobbble.
- Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
