Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery within India usually takes 4-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, delivery timelines may be longer. The expected shipping timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available free of charge.
Express Delivery
We also offer an Express Delivery option for ₹250, where orders are shipped via air courier and delivered within approximately 3 business days, depending on the serviceability of the delivery location.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders opting for Express Delivery, the express shipping charge of ₹250 must be paid in advance before dispatch. This amount will be adjusted against the final invoice value at the time of delivery. Please note that COD orders requesting Express Delivery may be cancelled if the express shipping charge is not paid in advance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier partner’s website.
