Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays. Delivery within India takes 5-7 business days.
• For pre-order or made-to-order items, expect extended timelines, which will be communicated at purchase.
• Shipping is free for every order (Prepaid and COD).
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID—tracking may update online within 24-48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return/exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase.
• Returns are accepted only for domestic orders.
• For defective, wrong, or missing products, email care@cobbble.in within 24 hours of receipt with photos or unboxing video; we will arrange pickup and replace or refund.
• Personalized or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Refunds are processed within 7-15 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only if not dispatched yet. Email us ASAP at care@cobbble.in to request cancellation.
• Duties, taxes, and fees paid are non-refundable in case of cancelled or returned orders.
