Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date the product is delivered to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please email us at care@cobbble.in with the following details:

• Reason for the return request
• Clear images of the product
• Images of the outer package
• Copy or photo of the original invoice

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• The product should be returned along with the original invoice

Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

To process the refund, please include the following details in your return request email:

• Bank Account Holder Name
• Bank Account Number
• IFSC Code

The full amount paid for the product, including applicable taxes, will be refunded to the provided bank account after the returned item is successfully received and verified.
